As a Fencing Labourer, you will be an essential part of the installation process, assisting in the construction and maintenance of high-quality fencing solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of fences, including digging, measuring, and assembling components.
- Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading fencing materials.
- Support team members in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Previous experience in fencing, construction, or a similar labour-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work.
- Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in fencing installation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
