Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise fencing installation teams on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and top-notch craftsmanship.
- Assess client needs and specifications, providing expert advice on fencing solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Conduct site evaluations and prepare materials, tools, and equipment to execute projects effectively.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and company standards throughout all project phases.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and skilled workforce.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full driving licence
- Proven experience in fencing installation and leadership roles within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of various fencing materials, styles, and installation techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
